Case Studies

For a program-level EIR, the master plan for San Francisco's Mission Bay was best shown as massings.  Even with added floor lines on the masses, the long-neglected waterfront area lacked any landmarks that would indicate scale.  The addition of a few people and landscape elements convey volumes and give not only scale but a sense of space.
