Using video to show current site conditions, a videomontage has several "stops" (freeze frames) where a 3D computer rendering of the development project is faded in. Special effects, location maps, voice-overs and sound can be added, and, in combination, create a powerful presentation tool. Animation is a dynamic visual presentation.
