Visual Simulations for EIR
We have 20 years of experience producing EIR photosimulations. Comprehensive, unbiased, and accurate portrayal of a project is our primary concern for EIRs. We conduct in-person site visits and studiously examine engineering surveys to accurately inform our work.
From photorealistic portrayal of projects to context-sensitive photography, we employ our full range of experience to provide the fullest understanding of the site and project possible.
Project-level
We use the architects' plans and elevations, as well as a site plan and topographical survey to create a convincing and accurate portrayal of the project, incorporating design language, materials, landscaping and scale elements.
Program-level
We use footprints and height envelopes to create photomontages that will test scale.
